Framing is where we started. It's still what we do best.

From a single deck to a six-home production package, every job gets the same layout, the same lumber spec and one crew lead from first plate to final walkthrough.

  • Framer in a hard hat working on top of a wood-framed wall

    Residential & light commercial framing

Wall, floor and roof framing from your plans: production homes, custom builds and small commercial shells. We read the drawings, flag conflicts before we cut, and leave every wall square and plumb for the trades that follow.

  • Custom homes

Ground-up homes built to your plans or drawn with our architect partners. One contract, one schedule and one point of contact from slab to keys.

    Plan a custom home
  • Remodeling

Kitchens, baths and whole-floor remodels. We open walls carefully, fix what we find behind them, and keep the rest of your house livable while we work.

    Talk about a remodel
  • Additions

Second stories, primary suites and garage conversions, tied into your existing structure and roofline so the new space looks like it was always there.

  • Decks & outdoor living

Pressure-treated, cedar and composite decks, pergolas and covered patios, framed to code and built to take the Texas sun.

    Design a deck
  • Structural repairs

Rotted sills, sagging floors, storm and termite damage. We find the cause, repair the structure and give you photos and notes for your records.

Built the way we'd build our own house.

Most callbacks in this trade come from rushing. We'd rather plan the extra day up front than come back for the extra week.

  • On time, in writing

Your estimate comes with a schedule. If a date moves, you hear it from us first, with the reason and the new date.

  • Quality lumber, inspected

#2 or better kiln-dried framing lumber and engineered beams where the span calls for it. Bowed or split boards go back to the yard.

  • Transparent pricing

Line-item estimates for labor, materials and allowances. Every change order is written and signed before the work starts.

  • Clean job sites

Daily cleanup, a magnet sweep for nails every evening, and a dumpster plan agreed before we arrive. Your neighbors will notice.

From first call to final walkthrough.

Four steps, the same on every job. You'll always know which one we're in and what comes next.

  1. Day 1

    Consultation

We walk the site with you, look at plans or sketches, and talk through budget, timing and what matters most to you.

  2. Within 48 hours

    Estimate

A written, line-item estimate with a start date and schedule. No pressure and no “today only” pricing.

  3. On the agreed date

    Build

One crew lead on site every day, a weekly update from us, and inspections booked before they can hold anything up.

  4. Before final payment

    Final walkthrough

We walk every room with you, close out the punch list, and hand over warranty paperwork plus photos of what's behind the walls.

What homeowners tell their neighbors.

Most of our work comes from referrals. Here's what a few recent clients said once the dust settled.

“They framed our second story in eleven working days, exactly what the schedule said. The inspector passed it on the first visit and called it one of the cleanest frames he'd seen this year.”

Sarah M.Second-story addition

“Every change we asked for showed up as a written price before anyone touched a saw. The final invoice matched the estimate to the dollar.”

David R.Kitchen remodel

“They swept the yard for nails every evening. Our kids were back on the grass the same day the deck was finished.”
